Willie Shaw WS Navajo silver and spiderweb turquoise Brooch

$115.00

Quite impressive in size and richly decorated with stampwork this vintage sterling silver and turquoise brooch is signed by Navajo silversmith Willie Shaw. This particular one, with its big area of all-black, makes the juxtaposition of the two colors even more dramatic...

Size / Weight: 3 1/2" long; width between 1 1/4" and 5/8"; 23.7 grams

Hallmarks / Date: maker's initials "WS" as shown as well as "STERLING"; 1970s, I think

Condition: excellent vintage with impressive size, a gorgeous stone, nicely embellished, with good patina and no damage or repairs noted
