vintage Navajo silver, coral and turquoise 3-sided Pendant
I have had this vintage Navajo, I believe, sterling silver pyramidal pendant for a while and from time to time I bring it out to enjoy the vibrant color of its stones and the beautiful wirework and appliques it is adorned with. Very cleverly made, with a swiveling bail that allows you to show anyone of the three sides it has, the pendant is signed for maker as shown but I have not been able to identify the silversmith. I will end by saying that the fantastic patina it has acquired over the years of its long life act as a powerful enhancement for the stones' vibrancy...
Size / Weight: 1 7/8" tall (without the bail) by 7/8" wide (at the base); with the bail it will add a 2 1/8" drop to your chain; 12.0 grams
Hallmarks / Date: signed for maker as shown; not hallmarked for metal content yet tested and guaranteed to be sterling silver; 1970s
Condition: excellent vintage with fantastic patina, beautifully adorned with wirework and appliques, having richly colored stones, with no damage and no repairs noted
